You can't join yet anyway...as the process isn't instant.You have plenty of time to buy yourself headset/mic.

Even a poundshop set will suffice.

We require you to use TS to allow members to get to know you over the coming months.

Do NOT worry if you are intimidated by talking on TS .... we have all been in that situation and everyone is friendly here.
